8. Malfunctions and repairs:
For solving minor malfunctions please use the “troubleshooting list” below. If you
cannot repair the malfunction yourself, always call in the help of a qualified fitter or
contact the manufacturer.

electrical malfunctions
Elevator does not hoist
Fuse is OK, but the motor
is not running Check the connections for
reliability or contact your
supplier
Elevator does not hoist It is possible that the
battery has insufficient
power for the elevator to
run well
Check your battery to see
whether it can supply sufficient
voltage
Hoisting cord is broken
The reason could be wear
or a technical defect Contact your supplier to have
the hoisting cord replaced
