MAINTENANCE
Analyse combustion gases and check that the emission values are
correct at least once a year, in compliance with current law.
• Check that the fuel filter is clean. Replace it, if necessary.
• Check that all components of the combustion head are in good
condition, have not been deformed and are free from deposits
deriving from the installation environment and/or from poor
combustion.
• Disconnect the photocell and the air pressure switch pipe from the
upper lid of the burner.
• Disconnect the diesel oil hoses -24 from the connectors beneath
the Head Unit, be careful of drips.
• Slacken the two screws (5) and remove the lid (3).
• After having loosened nuts (8) remove the blocking screw (6) of
the mixer unit.
• Remove the screw (4) and its washer placed on the outside of the
burner scroll.
• Slightly lift the mixing unit (7), and then completely pull out the unit
in the direction indicated by the arrow, after removing the ignition
cables (9) from the respective electrodes.
• When you have finished maintenance work, proceed to assemble
the mixer unit, following the same procedure in reverse after
checking the correct position of the flame disk and of the ignition
and ionisation electrodes (see card).
