termediate position between the cams that regulate the
1st and 2nd flame air
2) 1st flame air regulation cam (light blue)
3) 2nd flame air regulation cam (red)
4) Air damper in open position
5) Air damper in closed position
6) 2nd flame manual control button
7) Rotation direction inversion relay
8) Servo-control index reference.
1 Neutral
2 Phase
3 2nd flame thermostat
4/5 Micro switch for 2nd flame valve
ADJUSTMENT FOR SERVOMOTOR FIRST START-UP.
Indicatively speaking, for the first start-up, adjust the
cams as follows:
1) 2nd flame valve control cam (black) 40°
2) 1st flame air adjusting cam (light blue) 25°
3) 2nd flame air adjusting cam (red) 50°
4) Light blue
5) Black
6) Red
CAUTION / WARNINGS
The cam position must be adjusted to the effecti

ve fuel output, verifying the combustion with spe

cific instruments.
Air flow rate in the 1st flame position must corre
-
spond to at least 50% of the total air flow.
