Problem
Check / Troubleshooting
No steam is generated.
Check whether the inside temperature is high.
When the main unit is used consecutively, the inside temperature may be so
high that no condensation occurs and steam is not visible. However, this is not
abnormal.
Check whether the boiler tray is supplied with water.
Refer to the procedure in “Cooking” (P.17) to cook with a correct amount of
water.
Check whether the Classic mode is selected.
No steam is generated in the Classic mode.
Water remains in the boiler tray.
Check whether more than 5 cc of water is supplied. Check whether the operation
time is short.
If more than 5 cc of water is supplied, some of the water may not be evaporated
and remain in the tray. In addition, if the cooking time is between 1 and 2.5
minutes, supply less water using the line inside the cup as a reference (3 cc).
Check whether the Classic mode is selected.
In the Classic mode, which does not use the boiler section, supplied water will
remain as it is.
A heater tube is stained.
Do not wipe the heater tubes. Due to the material properties, dirt on the heater
tubes may be difficult to remove completely. However, the dirt will become less
noticeable as you keep using the product.
