Cause:
– Short-circuit between
outputs A1 and A2
– Short-circuit between
output A2 and the supply
voltage
– Error detected within the
sensor
– Eliminate short-circuit
– Replace the device
– 3-conductor operation:
A1 and A2 crossed
– TeUB from A2
to A1
No close zone Damping element shifts the
release zone directly up
to the sensor face due to
its composition (material,
shape, size).
If possible change the
material, shape or size of
the damping element (see
Section 3.1 Approved Use
on page 13).
