Item Description Function
A Base
Used to support the column and grinding head
assembly, has anchor holes and jack bolts.
B Lift Assist Cylinder
Gas cylinder used to assist with the lifting and
lowering of the work table.
C Dust Chute
Dust port may be connected to a material
compatible dust collector.
D Working Table
Used to support the piece part. Includes miter guide
slot. Miter gauge not shown.
E Drive Disc Used to attach sanding media.
F Disc Guard
Covers disc edges to prevent inadvertent contact
and help to control sparks and dust.
G Forward / Off / Reverse Switch Selects the direction of rotation of the sanding disc.
H Start / Stop Switch
After a rotation direction has been selected, Press
the green button to start the motor/disc. Press the
Red button to stop.
I Tilt Hand Wheel Turn hand wheel to rotate table up or down.
J Tilt Knob Loosen when rotating the table.
K Brake Pedal
After the motor has been turned off, press down on
the pedal to shorten the time that the disc requires to
stop turning / free spinning.
L Column Handwheel Turn hand wheel to raise or lower table on column.
M Column Knob Loosen when raising or lowering the table.
N Motor Turns the disc at 1,720 rpm
