1. Enter the Network Settings menu by clicking Menu > Configuration > Network Settings.
2. Select the
Advanced
tab.
3. Select the Set button next to
NTP
to enter the NTP settings menu.
4. Check the
NTP
checkbox to enable feature.
5. Set NTP settings:
• NTP Server:
IP address of NTP server.
• NTP Port:
Port of NTP server.
6. Click
Sync
to synchronize the time with NTP server.
7. Click
OK
to save and exit menu.
Note: If the DVR is used on a public network, you should use a NTP server that has a time synchronization
function, such as the server at the National Time Center (IP Address: 210.72.145.44). If the DVR is setup
in a more customized network, NTP software can be used to establish a NTP server used for time
synchronization.
8.2.3 E-mail Settings
To configure E-mail settings:
1. Enter the Network Settings menu by clicking Menu > Configuration > Network Settings.
2. Select the
Advanced
tab.
3. Click the Set button next to
to enter the E-mail menu.
