Loosen (4) 5/16”-18 x 3/4” HHCS P#(K1153) that secure
the gearbox to the PTO assembly. Loosen the belt
tension adjustment bolt: (1) 3/8”-16 x 2” HHCS
P#(K1208). Refer to Figure 2-4b and 2-4c for reference.
After loosening the hardware in Figure 2-4b and 2-4c,
slide the gearbox to the farthest left position (towards the
engine). Wrap one end of the kevlar belt P#(M0247)
around the engine pulley. Refer to Figure 2-4d. Next,
wrap the other end of the kevlar belt around the pulley
on the gearbox. Refer to Figure 2-4e.

With the kevlar belt wrapped around both pulleys, tilt the
PTO assembly toward the engine, aligning the PTO
mount pin holes on the PTO assembly with the mounting
holes on the right frame mount assembly. Insert the PTO
mount pin P#(B0274) in the mounting holes and fasten
with (1) 1/8” x 2-3/8” hair pin clip P#(K0086). Refer to
Figure 2-4f for reference.
