1.2.5 Explosive Atmosphere 

Do not operate this instrument in the presence of flammable liquids, vapors or aerosols. Operation of any 
electrical instrument in such an environment constitutes a safety hazard. 
 
 

1.2.6 Accessing the Interior of the Instrument 

Only qualified maintenance personnel should access the interior of this instrument. Always unplug the AC 
power cord before performing any wiring or maintenance work. 
 
 

1.2.7 Misuse and Modifications to Instrument 

The operation of the H25-IR may be impaired if the instrument is used in a manner not specified in this 
instruction manual. Changes or modifications to the instrument, not expressly approved by Bacharach, will void 
the warranty. 
 
 

1.2.8 In Case of Malfunction 

Do not continue to use this equipment if there are any symptoms of malfunction or failure. In the case of such 
occurrence, unplug the AC power cord and contact a qualified repair technician or the nearest Bacharach 
Service Center.
