TROUBLESHOOTING
1. My Homelight Connected won’t start
Ensure the adapter is properly connected to your Homelight Connected and plugged into
the mains.
2. There are no pulses when I press the flash release button
Ensure that the application surface is evenly and firmly in contact with your skin and that the
‘Ready’ indicator light is flashing; this indicator light guarantees that the appliance is in full
contact with your skin.
For your safety, the release switch will be able to release a pulse only if the application surface
is firmly pressed against your skin.
Make sure the ‘Ready’ light is lit.
- If after 10 seconds the ‘Ready’ light is still off, switch your Homelight Connected off and
on again by pressing the ‘ON/OFF’ button twice.
- If the problem persists, contact BaByliss customer service.
Make sure the ‘ON’ indicator light is lit.
- If it is lit, switch your Homelight Connected off and on again by pressing the ‘ON/OFF’
button.
- If the problem persists, contact BaByliss customer service.
The ‘ON/OFF’ indicator light is red and is flashing

is overheated or there is a critical problem (broken fan, capacitor problem, etc.). Under
circumstances like these, switch the appliance off and allow it to cool for 15 minutes
before switching it on again.
- If the problem persists, contact BaByliss customer service.
The ‘ON/OFF’ indicator light will flash green/red alternately.
- The adapter being used to connect your Homelight Connected to the mains is not that
supplied with your appliance or it is defective.
- If the problem persists, contact BaByliss customer service.
The ON/OFF indicator light is red.
- The appliance has reached its end of life.
Opening your Homelight Connected could expose you to dangerous electrical parts and the
energy of the pulsed light, which could cause serious physical injury and/or irreversible eye
injury.
Opening your Homelight Connected could also damage the appliance and will void the
warranty.
Please contact BaByliss customer service if your appliance is broken or damaged and requires
repair.
