Gelato 4-in-1 Cot
will be free from defects for a period
of one year from the date of purchase, in accordance with the New Zealand consumer
guarantees act. This warranty only applies where the product is completely and correctly
assembled and used in accordance with all accompanying recommendations and users
instructions..
The warranty will not cover or apply where the defect is a result from improper installation and
assembly, normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, improper use or alteration to the finish,
design, and hardware of the cot.
Should an item be deemed defective due to faulty materials or workmanship during the warranty
period, it will be repaired or replaced at Designer Baby Brands discretion.
