EMP 6 Version 1.34 Upgrade 
 
RE; Consumer access to the A/D test mode 

 

 

 
 

The EMP6 upgrade version 1.34 which is available on the Baby Lock download web site includes the 

ability for the consumer to access the A/D test mode for adjustment of the embroidery frame sensor.  This 
feature is not advertised on the consumer site and the dealer can inform the consumers who need to access 
and complete the adjustment by the following procedure. This will directly enter the A/D test mode and only 
the A/D test mode, no other test modes will be accessible to the consumer. 
 

•

 

Attach the hoop frame assembly to the machine. 

•

 

Enter the test mode by pressing both the START/STOP button and the NEEDLE THREADER 
button at the same time and turn the power on. 

•

 

Attach the large hoop and assuring all screws have been tightened, press the highlighted [LL] 
icon to save the value. 

•

 

Replace the large hoop and adjust the frame and attach the small hoop, tighten all screws and 
press the highlighted [S] to save the value. 

•

 

To exit the A/D test mode the power switch must be turned off and back on completing the test 
mode procedure.
