Using B. Braun belt
For closed pouch only:
If you wish to use a B. Braun belt, choose two loops that
are diametrically opposed.

Removing the capsule or the pouch
• Removing the capsule Be 1 or the pouch:
Remove the upper tab of the capsule Be 1 or the pouch
from the security knob and separate the two coupling
rings by gently pulling downwards the tab
(V1, V2) while
maintaining the base plate with your other hand (X) .
Before applying a new pouch, clean the base plate with a
non-shedding cloth
(W) .
• Removing the base plate:
Pull slightly on the top of the base plate and remove the
base plate from the top to the bottom, while maintaining
gentle pressure on the skin around the stoma with your
other hand.
Included inside: a box of 2 Be 1 capsule caps for patients
(Y)

infectious materials must be observed.
