Chapter 3. Description of a service.
3.1 Service
Each selection is identified by a label (7) with a
combination of letters that identify the shelf and extractor
position. The price (8) is marked next to the label.
Once the coin is introduced in the slot (2), the amount
introduced will be shown in the information screen (1) as
the coins are accepted in the coin mechanism. The
rejected coins fall directly into the return box (5) so that
you can recuperate them.
Once product price is reached or exceeded you only have
to press the combination of keys (4) that correspond to
the letters of the selection (in the same order as they
appear) for the extractor to turn once and send the
product to the exit box (9) where you can pick it up.
The coins that exceed the amount are sent to the return
box and collected.
NOTE: you should not press a selection that is
depleted, since the machine will always perform the
extraction whether there is a product or not.

If there is no product for the chosen selection or
the sale cannot be made for some reason, three
attempts are made before the selection is
cancelled and the customer is given the choice
between recovering his/her money or purchasing a
different product.
