(5) Connect the wires to the screw terminals (marked R, B, and W) on the top of microswitch using round

terminals.

Pull in the wires from the opening at the left side to the microswitch.

Note:Check the direction of crimp terminal lugs to connect them to the screw terminals. (See

 Figure 12.

)

If the terminal lugs are not set properly as illustrated, they or wires interfere each other and the terminal cover will not be able to

attach.

Note:Pull in the wires from the left-hand of the Terminal cover opening and lay the wires in direction as illustrated by the arrow, or pull

in the wires from the bottom side of the terminal cover to lay the wires.

Figure 12.  Wiring example

(6) For the protective grounding terminal (earth terminal), use an insulated round crimping terminal (M4 size)

for wiring.

  •

When the product is grounded outside the case

Do wiring as illustrated in Figure 13 (a).

  •

When the product is grounded inside the case

Referring to

Figure 13 (b)

, fasten the ground wire jointly with other wire a wall or panel on the top right

hole using the included screw.

Figure 13.

(7) Check that the wiring has been done correctly.

(8) Attach and fix the terminal cover to the original position with the mounting screw.

(9) Reattach the front cover to the case.
(10) Turn on the power to the product for starting operation..

Fit the wires and crimp terminal lugs within this range considering

the terminal cover attachment.

Position of the terminal cover opening

Approx. 38 mm
