Procedure for replacing the existing product (Model TY631A1121-1, T631C1038, or T631C1046)
Replace the existing product with this product (Model TY6300Z1000) using the adapter plate (Part No.
83165180-001, sold separately).

(1) Attach the product to the adapter plate (Part No.
83165180-001, sold separately) by two included flat-head
screws (M3, L=5).
(2) Remove the front cover and terminal cover.
(3) Remove the knockout hole at the side where the wires are pulled in.
Knockout hole is removed by simply pushing it from the inside.
(4) Remove the protrusions or burrs at the opening.
(5) Attach the conduit. Wiring conduit is commercially available.
Note:Attach the grommet as necessary referring to ●
Attaching the grommet (accessory part).
(6) Attach the product and the adapter plate through the two holes located upper to the wall surface using the
two wood screws (1) included in the product (nominal diameter 4.1, L=16) .
(7) Hold the adapter plate through two holes located lower to the wall surface using the two wood screws (2)
included in the product (nominal diameter 4.1, L=16) .
(8) Connect wires.

(9) Attach and fix the terminal cover to the original position with the mounting screw.
(10) Attach and fix the cover with the cover mounting screw.
