Guide rails
The guide rails allow precise and clean straight cuts. The guide rail can be used on

either the left or the right side of the machine.

Guide rail on the right side of the machine:
1. 1. Place the guide rail on the right directly onto the upright edge (25) of the

base plate. The groove of the guide rail ts exactly over the upright edge (25)

ATTENTION! Do not grip underneath the workpiece. The protective cover cannot

protect you from the saw blade under the workpiece!

Change saw blade / diamond blade

WARNING: Before any maintenance work always switch off the plunge saw

and disconnect from mains power.

1. Press the locking switch (1) down and push the motor down.

2. Press and hold the spindle lock (14) down.

3. Use a 5 mm Allen key (16) to turn the screw (7) at the saw blade slightly clock-

wise or counter-clockwise until the spindle clicks into place.

4. Use the Allen key to loosen the screw clockwise. Remove the ange and the

saw blade.

5. Clean the ange and replace the saw blade.

NOTE: The rotation direction arrows of saw blade and saw must be aligned!

6. Press and hold the spindle lock (14) and tighten the screw.
