Configuring an External Display In Windows

Attach your external display to the appropriate port, and turn it on.

Go to the

Control Panel

Click

Display

(icon) and

Adjust Resolution

(

Appearance and Personalization

Click the

Detect

button.

The computer will then detect any attached displays.
