Introduction
1.1 General Description
The SBC82400 is the ultimate cost-effective solution of 486-level
embedded half card. The SBC82400 comes with an embedded high-
performance STPC Consumer-II microprocessor and 32MB SDRAM
onboard. For maximum performance, it also has one optional DIMM
socket that can support up to 128 MB memory.
Its major onboard features include a DOC
®
2000 socket, a
Compact Flash socket, an IDE interface, a parallel port, two
serial ports (RS-232 and RS-232/422/485) a RJ-45 for fast
Ethernet and a mini-DIN PS/2 connector for keyboard and
mouse. A SVGA display controller, which integrated in
Consumer-II microprocessor, allows the CRT display resolution
up to 1280 x 1024 @ 256 colors.
