3. Press the Stop/Adj button to turn the Heart Rate Recovery  

  alarm on or off.
4. Press the Light button to return to the Stopwatch  

  main screen.

Interval Alarm

The interval alarm is only available if the interval timer is 

selected as the timer mode. When activated, the interval 

alarm will sound at the beginning of each exercise and 

recovery phase, and at the end of the programmed interval 

session to indicate the session is over.
1. To activate the Interval Alarm, advance to the Timer main  

  screen (TMR) using the Mode button.
2. Press and hold the Start/Lap button to enter setup mode.  

  Press the Start/Lap button again to select the interval  

  alarm setup screen.
3. “On” or “OFF” will flash in the lower row of the display.
4. Press the Stop/Adj button to activate or deactivate the  

  alarm.
5. Press and hold the Light button to return to the Timer main  

  screen.

Note: This alarm cannot be activated or deactivated while 

the stopwatch is running.
