5. Troubleshooting

5.1.

Forgotten Password



If you forgot the password, click on

I forgot my password

in the

Sign-in

dialog.



In the follow dialog, enter your e-mail address
and click on

Recover password

You will receive an e-mail with the password
reset instructions.

5.2.

User key for the devices



In the Account menu, click Settings.
There you will find the user key.

5.3.

How to clear the browser cache

If you do not have access to the SMARTPortal or if some features are not available, then it may be necessary to
delete the cache of the browser.



Press the key combination [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Delete]. Depending on the browser, a corresponding window
will be opened [Clear browsing data]/[ Clear All History]….
