Troubleshooting
Problems Possible cause and solution
Unable to power on
1. No power
2. The switch on back locates wrong.
Unable to connect to
the network
Poor signal.
Poor signal reception
1. Poor signal, try to adjust the antenna direction and
phone location.
2. Poor connect, Try to tweak the antenna contra rotate
tightly.
Unable to make a call
or to answer a call 1. Poor power, please charge up first.
2. Rechargeable battery is out of order.
No dialing tone
1. Poor connection between handle and the phone, please
connect again.
2. The coil was broken or poor connection to the inner
earphone of handset.
The called party can’t
hear any voice
1. Poor connection between handset and the phone,
please connect again.
2. The coil was broken or the microphone of the handset
was damaged.
Echo or noise
1. Try to decrease volume.
2. Poor quality of the network trunk of your network service
provider.
3. Poor signal, try to move your phone.
Out of order
accidentally
Try to power off and wait for a moment. Reboot.
