Operation of mobile phones may interfere with the inadequately protected
medical devices.
Vehicles
§
RF signals may affect improperly installed or inadequately shielded electronic
systems in motor vehicles (e.g. fuel injection systems, anti-lock braking
systems, speed control systems, air bag systems).
§
Do not store or carry flammable liquids, gases or explosive materials in the
same compartment as the phone, its parts or accessories.
§
Switch off your phone before boarding an aircraft. The use of mobile phone
in an aircraft may interfere with the operation of the aircraft and may be
illegal.
Prohibited Areas
§
Turn off your phone in any prohibited area where notices so require.
Potentially Explosive Atmospheres
§
Switch off your phone and do not remove its battery when entering any area
with a potentially explosive atmosphere.
§
Areas with potentially explosive atmosphere include gas or petrol stations,
below deck on boats, fuel or chemical transfer and storage facilities or where
blasting operations are in progress and any other area where you would
normally be advised to turn off your vehicle engine.
Obey all signs and instructions. Failure to do so may cause an explosion or fire
resulting in property damage, bodily injury or even death.
