6. Phone Book
1.
Press Right … key to access Phone Book.
2.
Press Menu to list Phone book options.
3.
Press OK to select options.
4.
Press BACK to cancel and return to menu.
Phone book Menu Options
Option
Description
Show Details
Check the details of the phone entry e.g. user name, home
number, mobile phone number, office number, fax number,
WAP address, chosen Ring Tone, Caller Picture and Group
the phone entry belongs to, email address and remarks.
Search
Search phone entry by name or by the location (SIM Card
or Phone memory).
Add entry
Add a new phone entry into the phone book. Phone entry
can be personalised by choosing the Ring Tone and Caller
Picture and Group.
Edit entry
Edit the details in the phone entry
Delete entry
Delete the phone entry.
Groups
Set the phone entries into different groups according to
preference. Can send Group SMS
Select Memory
Select location of new phone entry to be saved, either SIM
Card or Phone memory
Copy/Move
Copy/move phone entry from SIM card to Phone memory,
or
vice versa
Fast Dial
Fast Dial allows selected phone entries to be set to keypad
numbers 2 - 9. Press and hold selected keypad numbers to
dial corresponding phone entries.
Restrict Call
Restrict incoming call from a particular group or all groups
with following options:
None refused - Deactivate the restrict call function
Not in Group - Restrict Call, which number is not in the
Group.
Not in Phone - Restrict Call, which number is not in SIM
card and Phone memory.
If activated, the Restrict Call icon will appear on screen.
