Refer to the following table to make sure that:

Avigilon Blue Connect devices can connect to the AvigilonAvigilonCloud Service platform .
l
Avigilon Cloud Service platform service users can connect to the service.
l
Avigilon Cloud Service platform service users can view live and recorded video streamed peer to
peer from the Avigilon Blue Connect device to their browser or mobile device.
Refer to the following definitions:

Public Internet: Ports required to be open for the device to be connected to Blue and stream video.
l
Camera Network: Ports required to be open for cameras to connect to the local Blue device for
configuration and streaming video to the device.
