2. Type cfg and press Enter.
The configuration# prompt appears.
3. Type vlan and press Enter.
4. Type 1 and press Enter for the VLAN number.
The VLAN1# prompt appears.
5. Type jumbo and press Enter.
6. Type e and press Enter to enable jumbo Frame support.

Jumbo Frame support must be enabled.
7. At the VLAN1# prompt, type ../.. and press Enter to return to the
main menu prompt.
8. At main#, type apply and press Enter.
9. At main#, type save and press Enter.
10. Type y and press Enter to confirm saving FLASH.
11. Type exit and press Enter.
12. Turn the system off and then back on.
This completes set up of the Alteon 180 Web switch configuration
parameters.
