Proble m Action
The s c reen is off or the
printer is not res ponding . Pres s the Power Button to turn the printer off, pres s it again to
turn the print er bac k on. If t he print er will not turn off, u nplug
it from the outlet, wait 10 s ec onds , then plug i t bac k in.
The printer do es not print,
has voids , or is too light. Ma ke s ure the pri nter is turned on and has power.

Clean the print head.
