To c lear a jam :
1 . Open the c over.
2 . Tear the s upply a nd rem ove the label ro ll.
3 . Rem ove the jam m ed labels .
Caution: Do not us e s harp or pointed objec ts to rem ove labels . It m ay dam age the printer.

Rem ove any adhes ive t hat m ight be o n the pl aten rol ler. See “Clean ing the Platen Rol ler
and Printhead” f or m ore inform ation.

Reload the la bels .

Clos e the c over.
