6.2.3 Tips for use
If the snow plow is not adjusted into correct operating position, the following problems may arise:
Possible case Solution

Only the corners of the blade are in contact with
the ground
Plow is tilted either towards front or back. Make sure
that plow is in upright position.

Spring release allows the lower blade sections to
tilt during tilt normal use
Plow is pressed too hard against the ground. Lift and
position it to correct working position.
Make sure spring release system is correctly
adjusted.

The front tyres of the loader tend to lift off from
the ground during use

The blade drags the loader aside and it is
difficult to drive in straight line
Plow is pressed too hard against the ground. Lift and
position it to correct working position.

Only the left/right side of the blade is in contact
with the ground
The floating quick coupling plate of the plow might
have become wedged stuck. Lift and reposition on
the ground.

The blade doesn't scrape the surface clean or
leaves packed snow
Consider using the ice scraper blade to clear snow
that is compacted during normal use.
6.3 To turn plow blade sections
The versatile plow and its separately controllable blade sections make it possible to use the plow efficiently at
different operating areas and in a way that best suits the operating conditions

Using the plow as a point plow makes clearing narrow roads or sidewalks with single drive, and makes it
possible to plow a path even on thick snow.

The tilted position can be adjusted as needed according to snow layer thickness and needed plowing
width. The side where the plow is tilted can be changed quickly.

Operating the plow as a collecting plow makes it easier to stack snow, and works as an excellent tool to
help finalising plowing.
The desired mode of operation is selected with either of the electric coupling alternatives. After the mode is
selected the plow sections are controlled with the auxiliary hydraulics control lever or the electric joystick
buttons of the loader.
Alternate between operating modes as needed to set the plow to the desired operating position.
