Interior Parts Cleaning & Sanitizing
For sanitary reasons, do not use soap or detergent inside the brewer. Use hot water for on-site sanitation or
suitable chemical products in the shop. Wiping with towels or cloths can recontaminate sanitized food-contact
surfaces. Therefore, we recommend to air dry sanitized food-contact surfaces and not wipe dry. Allow sufficeint
time for the parts to dry thoroughly before closing the door.
Use a medium size brush dedicated for coffee grounds and a small dust pan to easily brush away
coffee grounds and dust inside the brewer before cleaning with water.
