GENERAL INFORMATION
The four-channel charger with a built-in intelligent microprocessor allows charging four batteries at once.
An option to manually set charging currents of 200 mA / 500 mA / 700 mA / 1000 mA according to the actual battery status.
Setting a charging / discharging mode independently for each battery channel.
A display at each slot for showing information about charging current/ discharging current (mA), voltage (V) capacity (mAh)
charging time / discharging time (h).
The function for detecting the end of charging by dV / dt. Once a battery is fully charged the charger switches to the maintenance
mode that enables to keep the optimal battery capacity.
The refresh mode enables to regenerate a battery which has not been used for a long time and optimize its capacity by repeatedly
charging and discharging.
An integrated USB output port 5V / 1000 mA allows using the charger for charging compatible mobile devices.
The charger uses a pulsating current which ensures fast charging while extending the life of charged batteries.
The charger is able to detect defective batteries and has overheated protection, short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection
as well as overcharging protection.

BUTTONS 1-4
: The buttons for selecting adjustment at a particular battery channel.

MODE
: The button for selecting a mode: charge (CHARGE), discharge (DISCHARGE), recovery (DISCHARGE REFRESH),
capacity test (TEST CHARGE).

CURRENT
: The button for adjusting charging / discharging current.
ź
DISPLAY
: Press to display information about the charge / discharge current (mA), voltage (V), supplied / consumed capacity
(mAh), charging time (h).
MODES DESCRIPTION

CHARGE
: This mode will charge a battery to its maximum capacity. After is the battery fully charged the charger automatically
switches to a maintenance mode which keeps the optimum battery capacity.

DISCHARGE
: At this mode is a battery fully discharged by selected discharge current and then automatically charged by
selected charging current to its maximum capacity. After is the battery fully charged the charger automatically switches to a
maintenance mode which keeps the optimum battery capacity. This mode is used for reducing a memory effect of the battery.

DISCHARGE REFRESH
: In this mode the charger tries to regenerate a battery that has not been used for a long time and
maximize its capacity. The battery charger will automatically charge / discharge a battery several times. This process can take
several hours based on the current status of battery and a selected charging current. After is the regeneration process finished
the charger automatically charges the battery to its full capacity and then switches to a maintenance mode which keeps the
optimum battery capacity.

CHARGE TEST
: This mode is used to test a real capacity of battery. The battery is firstly fully charged by selected current then
automatically discharged and then fully charged again. After is the testing mode finished a display shows the measured battery
capacity and the charger automatically switches to a maintenance mode which keeps the optimum battery capacity.
SETTINGS

Insert a battery into the charger and then plug the charger by using the power adapter into an electric outlet.
ź
The charger will automatically perform a short battery resistance test of battery. If the battery has been inserted into the
opposite pole of charger, the battery is non-rechargeable or it’s damaged a sign „null“ will appear on the display. If the battery is
functional the display will show the current battery voltage for approximately 4 seconds.

If no any button is pressed within 4 seconds the charger will be automatically adjusted to the charge mode with the charging
current of 200 mA.

Use buttons 1-4 to select a slot you want to set up. The display at the selected slot will start blink.
ź
Press the MODE button to select the desired mode and then press the CURRENT button to set up a charging / discharging
current.
ź
The charger will automatically operate after 8 seconds from the last adjustment
ź
Press shortly the DISPLAY button to display information about charging / discharging current (mA), voltage (V), actual capacity
which was added into (extracted from) the battery (mAh), time of charging / discharging (h).
ź
If you want to change the setting mode or change the value of the charging / discharging current, press the butons 1-4 and then
use the buttons MODE and CURRENT for next settings.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION FEATURE
If a temperature of charged battery exceeds 55°C or the temperature of the charger exceeds 70°C, charging / discharging is
automatically stopped and on the display will appear „000 mA“. Unplug the charger from an electrical outlet and let it cool.
