At least once a year carry out the maintenance operations listed below. In the case of seasonal servicing, it is recommended to
carry out the maintenance at the end of each heating season; in the case of continuous operation the maintenance is carried out
every 6 months.
PERIODICAL OPERATION

Remove, check and clean the combustion head;
z
Check the ignition and detection electrodes (E in Fig. 50), clean and adjust it and, if necessary, replace it;
z
In case of doubt, verify the detection circuit with the burner in operation, referring to the diagram in Fig. 51.
Disassembly of component plate
z
Before proceeding to maintenance operations, remove the component plate "C" by unscrewing the V1, V2, V3, V4 screws
and the "F" securing pin (Fig. 49a).
z
Remove the rubber cable holder, unscrewing the fixing screws as shown in Fig. 49b.
z
Free the rod T, as shown in Fig. 49c - Fig. 49d
z
Disconnect the connector C, Fig. 49e
z
Couple the plate as shown in Fig. 49f - Fig. 49g in order to facilitate the maintenance operations.
WARNING: All operations on the burner must be carried out with the mains disconnected!
NOTE: The check on the ignition and detection electrodes is carried out after removing the combustion head.
