3.5.3.1 Overload calibration procedure
The calibration procedure is as follows:
• Connect the calibration tool
(A)
in the dash panel socket
(B)
• Place the machine in a flat surface, with the fork carriage perpendicular against the
arm and the wheels in straight position
Perform the calibration with the machine loaded, respecting the weights indicated in the
following chart:

Mechanical carriage (stardard)

Hydraulic SSL type carriage
570 KG
Side shift +Load rest + Hydraulic SSL type carriage
500 KG
Setting P2 (fig. 3)
1. Start the engine
2. Extend the arm completely
3. Press during 5 seconds P1 + P2 and an acoustic signal will be heard to confirm the
entrance into the configuration modus.
4. Insert the following adjusting sequence:
Press 2 times P2
Press 3 times P1
Press 3 times P2
Press 2 times P1
Keep pressed P2. If the setting has been performed correctly a slow and permanent
acoustic signal will be heard. If the setting is incorrect the acoustic signal is fast and
discontinuous
Setting P1 (fig. 4)
1. Start the engine
2. Retract the arm completely
3. Press during 5 seconds P1 + P2 and an acoustic signal will be heard to confirm the
entrance into the configuration modus.
4. Insert the following adjusting sequence:
Press 2 times P2
Press 3 times P1
Press 3 times P2
Press 2 times P1
Keep pressed P1. If the setting has been performed correctly a slow and permanent
acoustic signal will be heard. If the setting is incorrect the acoustic signal is fast and
discontinuous
WARNING
When the configuration time is expired, steps for entering into the configuration
modus and adjustment should be repeated again
Once the calibration is over, it is convenient to make a test with the maximum load of the
machine, which is:
