- Use the service tool to unlock the negative brake and tighten the screw in the
piston (A).
- Tighten the nut (b) until the motor shaft turns freely.
Then remove the seat as follows:
- Move the seat cushion backwards and loosen the front screws (b) from the
base.
- Move the seat cushion forwards and loosen the rear screws (C) from the base.
Refer to article 3.2.2 for seat movements.
- The central screws of the hydrostatic pump’s maximum (D) pressure valves
must be fully tightened (but not excessively). Loosen the locking-nuts for this
purpose.
Once the forklift is repaired, loosen the screw (A) in the hydraulic unit and re-loosen
the screws (D) on the maximum pressure valves of the hydrostatic pump again and re-
tighten the locking -nuts.
CAUTION
The forklift is fitted with a hook for future towing should the machine be
damaged.
