Problem Solution
The display has
been added
successfully, but I do
not remember which
Wi-Fi network the
display is connected
to.
1. Turn off all Wi-Fi networks nearby.
2. Restart the display and search for the
display using A.R.T. ( ).
3. After your mobile device detects the
display, turn on the Wi-Fi network and then
connect the display to the Wi-Fi network.
My mobile device
cannot detect the
display when I want
to send a playlist.
1. Check if your mobile device is connected
to a stable Wi-Fi network.
2. Close and re-launch
A.R.T.
( ). Check
if the display appears in the
Device
page.
3. Re-send the playlist.
I cannot select
images stored on
my mobile device
through the A.R.T.
( ) app.
Check if A.R.T. ( ) has access to the
images stored on your mobile device. To
grant A.R.T. ( ) access to the images, go
to Settings > Apps > A.R.T. , check Read
and Write .
NOTE: The path may vary depending on the
brand and model of your mobile device.
Where can I find the
user manual of the
display?
Scan the QR code on the cover page. Go
to Display System Products > Premium
Signage > A.R.T. ( ) , select Download to
download the latest user manual.
