This system is a precision electronic instrument andmust be repaired by 
knowledgeable and specially trained Aulisa personnel only. Do not 
attempt to open the case or repair the electronics.

Problem

Possible Solution

Check network usage/bandwith of other
interfaces within the Wi-Fi network that
may prevent the system from establishing
a connection.
 
Turn off the system, verify system 
connections, and retry.

Ensure that the Oximeter Box is within 
10 meters spherical radius to Receiver/
Transponder while being paired.

Make sure there are no headphones 
inserted into the headphone jack of the 
Display Unit. 

The unit is in Alarm 
mode, but no audible 
alarms can be heard.

Cannot establish 
system connection

Reset the Wi-Fi network for the 
Display Unit.

Reset the Wi-Fi network for the 
Receiver/Transponder.

Wait for two minutes and alarm tones will
automatically re-engage if it was silenced
temporarily.
