COMfortel 600 - Setup and Operation V01 06/2014

Notes: 

You can use the delete key to delete the previous digit, if necessary.

 Press the redial key to insert a dialling pause.

Press the OK key.

Enter the name. Possible entries:

Note: Press the keys 0 to 9, * or # once or multiple times for entering the
digits, characters and special characters and digits listed in the table on

page 60

Press the OK key.

6.

Use the arrow keys to scroll to the ringtone to be used to signalise a call
from the telephone number you just saved.

7.

Press the OK key.

The message SAVE OK is briefly shown on the display.
The telephone returns to the idle state.

Notes:  

To overwrite a speed dialling key, simply repeat the same procedure. It is
not possible to delete a speed dialling key.

On 

page 75

 of these instructions, you will find a lettering label that can be

cut out and labelled manually.

Dialling the Telephone Number Saved in the Speed Dialling key

1.

Press the speed dialling key.

2.

Initiate the call:

Using the receiver: Pick up the receiver.

Hands-free calling: Press the loudspeaker key.

Headset connected: Press the hook key.

Note: If you would like to leave the menu without dialling the telephone
number, press the home key or the back key.

Transferring a Telephone Number from a Caller or Redial List to a
Speed Dialling Key

You can add a recently dialled telephone number or one transmitted from a
caller to a speed dialling key.
