This section describes how to configure the settings according to your needs and how to use
the telephone book as well as the caller and redial list.

Operation

Keys and LEDs

The following figure shows the base unit‘s keys and LEDs.

A

Microphone key with LED
Switches the microphone (receiver, base unit or headset) on or off.
LED continuously red: Microphone is off.

B

Keypad
Selects digits and enters numbers and letters

C

Casing LED
Blinking fast: Incoming call
Blinking slowly: Missed call(s)
Continuously red: During a call

D

Telephone book key
Opens the telephone book.
Saves entries.
