7 Troubleshooting
If you have problems with your telephone, please check the following information. For any
claims under the warranty, please refer to your dealer. The warranty period is 2 years.
For technical problems, you can also contact our Service Department on the hotline number
0180 5 00 13 88.
No calls possible - no
dialling tone
The telephone line is not correctly connected or is
faulty.
There is a complete power failure. Switch the
telephone to emergency mode and then unplug and
replace the phone cable.
Only engaged tone audible
Both ISDN channels are occupied by other devices
(ISDN PC card).
You have connected the TERMINAL 2 to a telephone
installation. Unplug and replace the phone cable.
Dialling not possible
A dialling block has been activated.
The person you are
speaking to does not hear
you
You have pressed the "MUTE" button during the call.
No second call or
conference call possible
The second ISDN channel is occupied by another
device (PC card).
You do not receive any
more calls
A call diversion has been programmed for an MSN.
Deactivate diversion.
There is a complete power failure. Switch the
telephone to emergency mode and then unplug and
replace the phone cable.
