CORRECTING FAULTS
If you have problems with your AUDIOLINE CDL971G, please check the following notes:
If you are not able to find the fault, please contact our service hotline on 0180 5 00 13 88 (within Germany
only).
For claims under the guarantee, please contact your dealer.
Telephone call not possible
The telephone cable is not connected correctly or is damaged.
Test whether your telephone connection is in order by using another
telephone.
The plug-in mains power supply is not plugged in or there is a total power
failure.
The rechargeable batteries are flat or defective.
You are too far away from the base station.
Connection cut off or drops out
You are too far away from the base station.
Wrong location for the base station.
Dialling not possible
Dialling process wrongly set (see Chapter 4.3)
The system no longer responds Reset all functions to the factory settings.

Place the handset correctly on the base station, clean the
