Referring to the front view drawing on page 10 of this publication:
1.
To Rewind the Tape:
Press and release the button to return to the beginning of the current
track and resume play. Press the button one to nine times to rewind
through multiple tracks. The unit will resume playback when the desired
track is reached.
Press the button at any time to resume normal play at the current
location.
2.
To Advance the Tape:
With a cassette inserted in the player, press and release the button.
The unit will advance to the next track on the cassette and resume play.
Press the FF button one to nine times to advance through multiple tracks.
The unit will resume playback when the desired track is reached.
The display will indicate the number of tracks. Press the program button
at any time to resume normal play at the current location.
