Muting
If you want to temporarily stop the audio transmitted from this microphone to the receiver without
turning off the microphone, you can temporarily mute the audio signals.
1) Press the [PWR/MUTE] button.
Press the [PWR/MUTE] button once. The microphone mutes and the [OWN] selection indicator
starts blinking. While muting is activated, audio input of the [OWN] microphone (audio input from
microphone opening, external input and microphone input terminal) is muted. To cancel muting,
press the [PWR/MUTE] button again.
Note:
• After muting is maintained for approx. 5 minutes, the microphone turns off automatically.
Turn the microphone on again by pressing the [PWR/MUTE] button for 1 second or more.
• In the muted state, volume control of the [OWN] microphone is disabled, but [OTHER] and [LINE]
are still enabled.
・
When E2 occurs in MUTE, MUTE is removed forcibly.
・
When users want to MUTE the microphone automatically as soon as they leave the classroom,
users can set that option in voice call areas. (Refer to K-SRC14 Manual. “Serial communication
command ‘SAA’”)
