6. Dealing with problems
If you encounter problems with the use of your hearing
aid, it may not necessarily be defective. Initially, you
should check the following:
whether your hearing aid is switched on (see
operation),
whether the battery is still full,
whether the volume control is not in the minimum
position (position 1); if so, turn the volume up a little,
whether the right program is set (change program if
necessary),
whether the earmold / cerumen protection system is
blocked.
If you cannot solve the problem, please consult your
hearing care professional, who will be pleased to help
you.
Please note: It is possible that your hearing aid may
suffer interference from the use of wireless electrical
appliances. If this occurs, please consult your hearing
care professional.
