Replacing the Remote Control Battery
The remote control is powered by a CR-2025
3V Lithium coin battery. Replacement
instructions are shown on the back of the
remote control.
Push the release catch and pull out the battery
tray as shown.
Remove the old battery and replace with a new
CR-2025 battery making sure it is the right way
up with the + terminal facing upwards.
Please dispose of the used battery responsibly,
take it to a designated recycling
collection point for waste batteries.
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing problems with your gaming soundbar there are some
quick and easy checks that you can make to help you solve the problem.

There is no
power or

Check that the
correct power
adaptor is being
used
Check that the
power adaptor
is properly
connected
Check that the mains
socket is switched
on
In BT mode
soundbar
switches
itself off
Soundbar switches
off automatically
after 15 mins if
there is no input in
Bluetooth mode
Use the
powerbutton on
the soundbar or
remote to switch
back on again
There is
no sound
being
emitted
Adjust the volume
on your Bluetooth or
AUX device as well
as on the speaker for
optimum volume and
sound quality
Make sure that
your Bluetooth
device is in
effective range
Ensure that the
Bluetooth device is
paired or AUX device
is properly
connected
Files on
the USB
drive won’t
play
The audio files are
not compatible:
must be MP3 or
WAV format
The USB flash
drive is not
compatible, must
be max 64GB,
FAT32 format
Remote
control
doesn’t
respond
Make sure the
clear plastic battery
activation tab (19)
has been removed
Make sure you
are operating
within a 5m range
of the soundbar
Check the battery
and replace if
necessary
