Oil pump chain sprocket, chain tensioner and chain, removing.

Pull chain sprocket off crankshaft with puller -

- , use suitable washer -

- to protect end of crankshaft.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:



Heat chain sprocket in oven for approx. 15 minutes to 220 °C.

Install chain sprocket on end of crankshaft using pliers and press onto crankshaft until fully seated using

CAUTION: Wear protective gloves.

NOTE:



Installed position: Large shoulder of chain sprocket must point to engine.
