Fitting instructions

1. To dismantle the bumper you have to remove all the plastic plug around this one and loosen fitting
piece from the door to be able to remove the plastic piece from the upper side.
2. Remove the metallic protection situated down the chassis arms (look drawing).
3. Cut the white part where the tow bar make contact with.
4. Place the tow bar at chassis centre and fix at points 1 using M12,1,25x40 bolts, flat washers and 12
mm. spring washers.
5. Tighten all bolts according to the recommended tightening moments. (Retighten all the bolts after
the first 1000 km. of towing).
6. Make a recess at the metallic protection which was behind the bumper. Look the drawing and
remount the metallic protection.
7. Place the bumper. Depending on the tow bar type it can be necessary make a 2 cm recess at the
bumper.
The two holes situated next to the ball will be use to fix the socket and to hook the chains.
1. För att kunna montera ner stötfångaren behöver du ta bort alla plastpluggar runtomkring stötfån-
garen och lossa dörrens förbindningsstycke för att kunna to bort den övre plastbiten.
2. Ta bort stötfångarinnanmätet som är placerat under chassits tvärbjälke.
3. Gör en utskärning i den vita delen där dragkroken kommer att fästas.
4. Placera dragkroken i chassits mitt och fäst vid punkterna “1” med M12 1,25x40-bultar, plana brickor
och 12 mm fjäderbrickor.
5. Dra åt samtliga skruvar och bultar enligt rekommenderat åtdragningsmoment. (Dra åt alla skruvar
och bultar igen efter 1000 km av användning)
6. Gör en utskärning i stötfångainnanmätet bakom stötfångaren. Titta på illustrationen och återmontera
sedan stötfångarinnanmätet.
7. Återmontera stötfångaren. Beroende på dragkrok kan det vara nödvändigt att göra en 2 cm djup
utskärning i stötfångaren.
De två hålen vid sidan av kulan kommer att användas för att fästa eluttaget samt fästa kedjor.
