Charging and discharging batteries has the potential for serious injury to persons and damage to
property. In purchasing this product, the user agrees to accept responsibility for all such risks, and will
not hold Atomik RC, it’s affiliates, manufacturers, distributors, or retail partners responsible for any
accident, injury to persons, or damage to property resulting from the use of this product.
Adult supervision is required when using this product. This product should be assembled by an adult
before use. Proper assembly should be checked by an adult before use. This product should be
periodically examined by an adult for potential hazards. Any potential hazardous parts should be
repaired or replaced.
