1. Attach each handle bar (13) and bracket (12)
to the upper frame of the generator. Tighten
the bolts (14) and nylon lock nuts (15) to the
upper frame of the generator. Slip on hand
grip (2).
2. Attach the two stands (11) to the bottom
of the frame of the generator. Tighten
the two bolts (6) and two nuts (7) to the
lower frame of the generator. Position the
anti-sink plate (16) onto the bottom of
stands, then fit the rubber cushions (1) and
securely fasten using bolts (3).
3. Place the two wheels (5) on the wheel axle
(4) and then secure the wheels using the
washer (8) and split pin (9).
4. Attach the wheel axle (4) to the bottom of
the generator frame at the opposite end of
the handles using axle holder (10). Align
the bolts (6) with the holes on the bottom
of the generator and fasten tightly with the
nuts (7) provided.
5. Mount the hoist lift bracket assembly (17)
to the top of the generator frame.
Caution: Ensure hoist lift bracket assembly is
tightened securely when lifting and located
centrally on frame to distribute weight evenly
during lift.
