Switching between ARC and HDMI inputs
Switching between HDMI inputs and ARC should be performed using a control system. The following describes the
setup process.
1.
Controlling the AT-OPUS-RX41 can be accomplished through either IP or RS-232.
• If using RS-232, refer to
RS-232 / IR Control (page 24)
for more information.

If controlling over IP, connect an Ethernet cable from the control system to the LAN port on the AT-OPUS-
RX41. Refer to the control system user manual for any necessary configuration details.
2. Send the AudioSRC command to set the desired operation:
AudioSRC ARC
// enables ARC; only audio from the downstream display is output
to the
OPTICAL OUT
port.
AudioSRC SPDIF
// disables ARC; HDMI inputs are enabled and the embedded HDMI audio
is also output to the
OPTICAL OUT
port.
