• This product and its accessories must not be modified in
any way.
• Do not use this product if it has been damaged.
• If the product data or hazard warning signs on the prod-
uct cease to be legible or become detached, replace with-
out delay.
• The product must only be installed, operated and ser-
viced by qualified personnel in an industrial environ-
ment.
Intended Use
This product is designed for removing or polishing material
using coated abrasives or polishing attachments. No other
use permitted.

Installation of Vibrating Tools
We recommend using a minimum length of 300 mm (12") of
flexible hose for compressed air between a vibrating tool and
the quick-action coupling.
Setting-up Instructions
WARNING Risk of Serious Injury or Death
Overspeed can cause serious injury or death!

Do not manipulate the speed of the tool.
►
Do not override the maximum speed marked on the
tool.
• Use a pressure regulator to prevent a too high air pres-
sure which can cause overspeed.
• Make sure that connections and the air hose are in good
condition.
General Operation Safety
Before Starting to Work
1.
Free speed check
• The speed, measured at a pressure of 6.3 bars, must
not be higher than the rated speed marked on the
sander.
• Remove the backing pad and outer flange before do-
ing the free speed check.
• Do free speed checks daily and especially after a
long period of no use.
• Make sure that the speed marking on the tool is
readable.
• Return the tool for repair when it is overspeeding.
2.
Trigger check
• Make sure that the trigger works correctly.
• Replace the trigger if it does not work correctly.
• Never remove the trigger or lock it with tape.
